Bought it at 40k miles no issues so far. Over 100k now. I have the ram boxes on the sides for my everyday tools, spacey crew cab seats. 4wd, loud alpine speakers. I average 17 mpg. I recently had a base model 2014 ram that went over 170k miles and all I ever did was change the oil (synthetic) every 5k miles. Not 1 issue. Never had any problems with my ram trucks.

First new RAM pickup I have ever bought. Most of my pickups have been GM, and a few Fords. All had more bells and whistles, but I've been much more satisfied with the RAM. Only complaint is the dial shifter. Have mistaken it for the A/C control on more than one occasion.

Superb Service

I have nothing but the highest praise for the Service Department at Diehl of Robinson. I had been dealing with a problem in my 2004 Jeep for months. The code was "low voltage on MAP sensor." I had been to 4 different places, including another Jeep dealer. All people could do was replace the MAP sensor and within a day the check engine light was back on, and the vehicle was lurching, jerking, losing power, stalling, and was very difficult to start. Sometimes it took 30+ cranks to get it going. Everyone threw their hands up and said they couldn't help me, and my only hope was to find a dealership that had the old DRB scanner that could read detailed engine codes on older Jeeps. I found a dealer in Warren, PA that had a functional DRB scanner and someone that could operate it, so I was trying to get to them. I didn't make it. I had a terrifying drive and the vehicle died on I-79 near McKees Rocks, PA and would no longer start. Diehl said they had a functional DRB scanner. I had the vehicle towed there. Not only did they have a DRB scanner, they also had a senior technician (Al) that could troubleshoot! Al identified a short in the wiring harness, found it and repaired it, and the vehicle finally works great again. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Diehl appreciated that I was stranded and got me back on the road. Also, at no time did anyone try to convince me to buy a new a vehicle. Superb service by Al and Logan!

2017 RAM 1500 Bighorn 5.7 Hemi

I purchased 2017 Ram 1500 Bighorn 5.7 Hemi in February 2020 with 12,000 miles. I mostly use this truck highway miles 60 mi round trip daily to and from work. End of March of 2022 heard a noise and a jerk and the truck started to overheat on the way home from work. Now having 63,000 on it and came out the head gasket cracked where the bolt is which shocked my mechanic and local shop that resurfaced the cylinder head since they its unheard of a Hemi engine with a blown head gasket. First time for everything, I’m wondering if in the future there will be a recall on this engine, as there were cooling ones for other ones.Outside regular maintenance oil change, tires, brake pads the major work: head gasket, resurfaced cylinder head, water pump, thermostat, radiator cap, spark plugs, oil change, Mopar coolant, also replaced exhaust manifold bolts which solved the hemi ticking.The backup camera sometimes gets messed up due to lose wire after using the bed. All I normally do is slam close the bed and it will resolve itself, no big deal.I’m a bit concerned with transmission after reading a little, but it appears most newer trucks have similar issues.I’m hoping this will let me last until over 200,000 mi . As of now at 70,000 mi.

The Right Blend of capability, comfort and ability

Outdoorsman Trim, 4x4, 5.7 and 6 speed. I bought this truck used in 2020 with 76,000 miles. It looked new and had excellent fit and finish. Car Fax showed 1 owner and well maintained. I always want to drive it everywhere as it is comfortable and smooth. Many modern features in an older truck. Gets about 17 mpg at 65 mph. I tow a travel trailer occassionally. Fitted RAM with E rated tires, Bilsteins and Tuff Truk springs. Great match for my trailer. Engine failed at 132,000 miles due to poorly designed rollers seizing. Do i replace engine or buy new Truck? Love the truck too much. Still in incredibly nice condition so a new engine for $8700 dollars was the decision. Plan to keep the truck as long as possible.

I bought this truck new in 2015 outdoorsman 3.6 pentstar and immediately the transmission modulator was bad and there was welding spatter on both front doors and the fixed it and a year later the wiring harness for the coolant fan was replaced.I will say the 3rd back cab brake light was leaking and one corner of my headliner got a tiny water stain but I fixed it myself with clear caulk.I have now done the transmission service 3,000 miles ago even though they say lifetime it’s not true but you can’t do it under warranty because it voids it.I have only used 5w20 super tech full synthetic in my truck and it currently has 80,000 miles on it and knock on wood it’s still smooth .I cleaned the throttle body myself last week and going to do plugs in a year.I attempted to do the serpentine belt with the throttle body cleaning but it takes 2 people so I’ll do it later.Truck had some hiccups but I’m happy with it and for those do it yourselfers, I have sprayed the weep holes on the bottom of my doors,fenders, hood and tailgate with wd40 in any hole I could find for years and never had rust problems .A General Motors body shop guy gave me that tip years ago.

Exceptional truck

I've owned close to 100 vehicles, and this will be my 5th truck. Honestly, the value this truck brings is off the charts. It does everything a truck needs to do when it comes to towing or hauling (we easily towed a 12,000 loaded horse trailer multiple times). Mine is a Laramie with Air Ride suspension. I don't understand this articles stating that the ride is not good when towing. This is by far the best riding Truck I've owned, and the Air Ride? I used it to pull up a 3' x 20' culvert full of mud an dirt straight up out of the ground enough to pull it forward. Saved so much time from having to dig it out. MPG...well...it's a truck, and I average 16-17MPG. 50K miles and not a single issue with it so far. Heated/cooled seats, Leather, Nav, Air Ride, great stereo, Lights everywhere and unbelievable amount of storage. I'll be keeping this one for a long time.

I bought a 2019 new reg cab 3.6. 2wd. As of this week 126,000 miles. Did tires and brakes at 85,000. Wheel bearing at 100,000 on front. Just this week had misfire cylinder #3 and replaced plugs. Other than oil changes synthetic every 10,000 miles is only maintenance. I on occasion pull 20ft big Tex car trailer as far as Ohio to Connecticut. Not a power house but tows high way speed no problem. Back in 2019 this truck was $23,000 new. Excellent value.

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

It Will Do Anything You Need It To Do.

*Crew Cab Laramie - gorgeous truck. Get a lot of compliments on it. Finish is very good.*HEMI has a lot of power. Goes well with the 8-speed transmission. Both have been trouble free. Averaging around 18 mpg overall. Very reliable. Back Up Cam is useful towing - you can watch your trailer / load on the screen.*Interior is plush, especially for a truck. Roomy - back seating area is like a Checker Marathon cab. Lots of useful creature comforts. Love the floor storage in the rear, Lots of cupholders - happy riders.*Things to watch for;**Moisture / condensation on windshield. Needs to be wiped off occasionally. No "leaks" found". **Condensation at rear window (with moving center section). --Irritating things;--Only bed front stake pockets have OEM covers. Need to locate / purchase covers for rear stake pockets - on a $60K+ truck? --"All painted nose" means plenty of paint chips to cover / fill. Dr Color Chip = exact color match. --Towing Assist is a PITA - it will stop the truck dead backing up with a trailer if it's not disabled. Overall, very good truck. Hauls, tows and carries without issue. Rides like a luxury car. Like any vehicle, it has minor irritating issues that are easily worked around. Don't be surprised if you can't get it into your garage. My Laramie Crew Cab with the 6'4" box is 23'8" long. The garage is 24'. Be so advised.

This dealership has got to have the best customer service I have ever experienced. After looking for another Dodge Challenger after my first Challenger was totaled by a drunk driver last year and searching the web I found this beautiful 2018 Challenger T/A 392 and since I was about an hour away I decided just to drive there and look at it. Upon arriving I was greeted nicely by Jerrett and even though it was raining pretty good, we went outside and looked at the car. After I inspected it and seeing was in great condition, I asked what the cost was (after seeing and hearing about how other dealers were trying to get for popular cars but not here). We went back inside and after talking for a bit (and fixing one glitch, on me not these guys) I got a great deal and drove away very happy. Thanks Jerrett and Derrick and the entire staff. 2013 RAM 1500 ST review

Awesome truck and wish I could get another new one

Bought my 2013 Ram 1500 Express regular cab 4X4 with 5.7 Hemi new in 2013 and it now has 207,500 miles! I did replace a lifter and cam at 187,000 miles last July which does happen with the 5.7 but I did the repairs myself so cost was minimal with just parts. Since I had to do that why not go bigger!!! Bigger cam, eliminate VVT and MDS, headers, Hi flow oil pump, etc and a custom tune!!! Replace brakes every 70,000 miles and on my third set of tires but I now switch between summer and winter tires. Just put new shocks and struts on this last fall. Only has one small rust spot on right rear wheel opening which is really good for NW Ohio! I plan to keep this truck running and on the road at least another 200,000 and ten more years.

This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.
