WITH just days until Taylor Swift takes to the stage at Murrayfield, details of her much-awaited Edinburgh show have been released.

The global superstar, 34, will perform in front of a sellout crowd this weekend from Friday, June 7, until Sunday, June 9.

Around 220,000 Scots Swifties are set to descend on the capital city for the much-awaitedEras Tour.

Fans will finally be able to see the American icon after waiting almost a year since buying tickets in July 2023.

And before the huge gigs kick off, we've pulled together the ultimate guide with everything you need to know about the shows.

What time do the doors open and when will Taylor Swift take to the stage?

Hundreds of Swifties have already begun queuing outside the Edinburgh venue today.

Eager concert-goers have been spotted lining up outside the stadium to get their hands on merchandise early.

Around 400 fans can be seen flocking to tents selling a range of t-shirts, hoodies, jewellery, posters and other accessories.

But they have a long wait ahead of them as the doors to the concert don't officially open until 4.30pm for non-VIP ticket holders.

Taylor's support act, iconic noughties rock band Paramore, will then take to the stage at around 7pm.

The band will perform for just under an hour before Taylor herself makes her grand entrance at around 8pm.

She is due to finish up at around 11pm.

What items are banned from the stadium?

Venue bosses have revealed that certain items will not be allowed into the stadium.

Obvious items such as knives, weapons, illicit drugs and explosives will not be allowed into the stadium.

But fans have also been warned that they will not be allowed to bring in any bags larger than A4 piece of paper.

Glass and metal bottles will also not be allowed - however, a soft, refillable plastic bottle will be permitted.

What will the weather be like when the shows are on?

Fans going to the concert on Friday and Saturday night will be happy to know that the weather is predicted to be dry but clammy while the show is on.

According to the Met Office, Friday will have temperatures ranging from 9C and 13C between 4pm and 11pm with only a 10 per cent chance of rain.

Saturday is set to be sunnier with a temperature range of 10C and 13C with a less than five per cent chance of rain.

However, fans heading to the concert on the third night might have to bring their waterproof jackets.

There is predicted to be a 40 per cent chance of rain between 4pm and 10pm despite warm temperatures of between 11C and 14C.

How do I get to Murrayfield?

Despite Murrayfield stadium being just outside the city centre, it's not too difficult to get to.

It is around a 40-minute walk from Princes Street and there are also multiple bus services that run from Edinburgh Waverley to Murrayfield Stadium.

Lothian Buses operate services 1, 3, 12, 22, 25, 26, 30, 31, 33from Princes Street and nearby St Andrews Square, which are both just a five-minute walk from the station and will take you close to the stadium.

The nearest train station to Murrayfield is Haymarket which has frequent trains running through it from Glasgow Queen Street, Inverness, Dunblane, Aberdeen as well as many others.

The stadium also has its own dedicated tram stop located next to the stadium, right outside the Roseburn Street turnstiles.

What is Taylor Swift's setlist?

Taylor's setlist for her Eras Tour takes fan on her a journey through her whole career.

She starts with songs from Lover before finishing up with songs from her album Midnights.
